Now this is getting really confusing, Les. I've met some of these specials services guys, and a lot of descriptions come to mind, but liberal Democrat ain't among them. These are pretty gung ho, patriotic, strong military guys, who don't go around persecuting people because they own firearms or hold wacky religious views. What motive would special forces guys have to kill a bunch of kids? In my mind, this is adding up even more lately as a colossal SNAFU, followed by the usual cover-up.

Well: Well 6 years ago only a handful of people dared to take issue with the CS gas, it's ironic to me that more people seemed concerned now than then. It's unfortunate that perhaps the Oklahoma bombing was what caused more people to think about Waco . I hate to think tahts the reason but I honestly don't know. Reno did all in her power to say that it wasn't connected but she made a fool out of herself and lost even more credibility with her posturing about it being unrelated. --------------- Back to the CS gas that they have tried to say is so harmless, even without the dispersent or the pyrotechnic devices used ; that they will go on and on about didn't cause the fire , keep in mind CS gas is a chemical mixture that is outlawed by the Geneva Convention to use even in War fare in other words if you used it in a war you could be charged as a war criminal. The military had to know that. Where in heavens name was their brains, and is it any wonder now that Reno wants to sweep it under the rug or divert the focus away from the fact that the use of CS gas puts her and the ones advising her in a class of being war criminals, except for the fact that we used it on own citizens. Yet we signed onto the international ban on using CS gas , what gives here,? Don't let anyone tell you this is some harmless and non toxic chemical mixture; it was not banned for it's humane characteristics. --------------- Jim PS I will add the supply they came up with was likely very old and had broke down some, I can't picture them not coming out with the amount pumped into that building unless it had incapacitated the majority of them. In that case most of them could not have fled the fire had they wanted to. CS Gas is outlawed in warfare, IMO people knowing this and using it are no better than war criminals.
