Re: "So, I take it as you do admit that you are
"talking the stock down" by making up ungrounded
accusations. Good. Just recall yours "AMD designers
are jumping the sinking ship" crapola."

"Yes, under current conditions,
facing with ruthless dominant and paraniodal
monopolist Intel "

Ali, you were the one who said I was talking the stock down, not me. Furthermore you are the one with the "ungrounded accusations" of monopolist practices and unfair tactics. It was AMD who illegally sold products at a loss, not Intel. AMD started the price wars, not Intel. The real complaint is that Intel fought back rather than accept AMD's predatory pricing policy. You guys think Intel should stand aside and let AMD take market share, in the interests of being "fair". This is not a left-wing utopia, this is competition and that means AMD has to compete. AMD has never had a processor of their own that has made a profit (save tiny onetime events). All AMD profits have been made from stolen Intel designs, so you expect Intel to cheerfully welcome AMD into the marketplace and gracefully hand over market share when AMD fired the first salvo with undercutting pricing?

You question my statement that AMD design engineers are jumping ship??? After the President jumped ship and the Fab manager in Dresden jumped ship you have the nerve to say designers aren't jumping ship??? What's so hard to believe about that? What do they know that the President didn't know? The Fab manager didn't know? What great incentive do they have with a company on the verge of bankruptcy, who has to hock their headquarters to stay afloat? Who's trying to sell off 1/2 their Dresden Fab to stay one step ahead of the creditors? Their stock options are in the toilet with AMD at < 1/2 their 15 year ago highs. The job market is hopping and salaries are soaring. What's so hard to believe about AMD designers jumping ship? Maybe you should jump while you still have the chance.
