Only a surging NTOP would support IDTCs stock price. IDTC is so cheap not because it is "cheap", but moe for the reason that noone believes the viability of NTOPs stock price. NTOP is way overextended presently.

As also TRIIboy stated - there is no "static" short who sits around unwashed and does nothing in dips. You may truly believe that there was no shortcovering after a 33% drop - from 24 to 16. But note: also short sellers do not go bankrupt taking profits <VBG>.
