I think there is some confusion out there (probably propagated by the shorties). The ENGA DSP was not a one time trial deal. The DSP program is a set deal and CMGI holders will have the opportunity to get in on ALL IPOs of CMGI wholey-owned subsidiaries. ENGA was just the first. Navisite is probably next. They are not evaluating it to determine whether to continue or not. They are evaluating to see how it may be improved. EG give larger holders a larger amount.

Jim, if AG starts administering fed policy based on what the stock market may or may not do, I think there's going to be a virtual Y2K version of the Boston Tea Party. The alpha geeks are going to be the Indians storming the ship.

To the best of my dim recollection, AG never dropped rates because the market cratered. In fact, in October 1987, I recall that the opposite occurred.
