Tony, hindsight is dangerous, but when one has a winner like Sunw it's very hard to switch to a stock with half the growth like INTC. I would be much richer if I'd put everything in Cisco in April 97 -- but I only put my wife's IRA in Cisco then. Now she's richer than I am. I have ten times as many shares of INTC as of QCOM -- wish it were the other way around. I don't know who will win the server wars, but it's worth having bets on both camps. A little bit of diversification in a focused portfolio can make one happier in the end.
