The buy out rumor is getting persistent.
I'm not yet any INPR stockholder, yet I've been doing my DD on this one for the last 2 weeks and I'm waiting news from my son who is a developer for them.

Can anyone tell me: on a scale from 0 to 9 (9 being the most likely to happen) what are the chances that a buy out or a merger with SUN occur tomorrow or in the next 2 months?

Thanks

Armand

I too find this encouraging, but there is something I don't understand.

The announcement about the withdrawal of the lawsuit occurred before the market opened but the rise in price didn't start until about 1:30 (well after even Eastern time zone lunch hour when people might have first learned about it).

Actually, with the rise starting that late in the day, I kept looking for another announcement about something other than the lawsuit going away to be what was causing the price increase.

Any thoughts on why the long lag between the "news" and the "reaction"?
