I don't think it's a mistake - just sloppy terminology. I think that entry means, in effect, that they escrowed "the number of shares of AHS attributable to x shares of Avalon." It's listed as an Avalon escrow, rather than an AHS escrow, because it's based on the original instructions they received from Avalon.

I, too, am secretly hoping that my broker will screw up and I'll end up with another "85%" chunk of AHS <gg>.

I was told by my broker, this morning, that the ratio was incorrect.

Initially 1 AVAL=.125 Appropriate Health
Now 1 AVAL=.10625 Appropriate Health

I also have 300 shares disappearing. I thought it was due to being placed in escrow. Broker says no.

He's mailing me the literature from AH. Damn fax doesn't work so I won't know where my 300 shares are for days.

Eric, mighty lawyer you, will you make sense of this?
