That 9500 on the ask that disappeared may have been a short seller(s) trying to figure out how he's going to get himself out of the mess he's in. Remember it gapped up huge on Friday as well and in Canada they love to short gap ups. It probably surprised the guy that it gapped up so huge again today. That's my opinion anyway.

Well, the police said it could take a couple of months to sift through the mountains if evidence, so maybe with luck they SNMM management won't be served with warrants until after October..<ggg>

I did note that the police did say there would be charges at some point though.

That Internet Stock newsletter that was so bullish on SNMM is apparently coming out with a "Special Report" on SNMM this week and you can bet it won't be negative (they still have their 100,000 shares to get rid of). So maybe that could actually help the CRY situation in the short term.
