Robert, I don't know why tide doesn't just invoke his fifth amendment rights. Although he has already incriminated himself. The wheels of justice are turning. Slowly but surely. You can count on it!! StockWolf

Robert please do not chase them away ... Stock manipulation is being brought to the surface along with their consistent lies and distortions. Jeff is easy just go anywhere and pull his distortions, and flat lies to effect the price of a stock especially sells which is a violation of SEC Rule 10b5. bob is a TMEX cheerleader from the secret room on MIRC and I have not even started with him yet I still have TAVA and his little two sentence hype statements ... He does not provide DD just BUY or going to xxx or can't loose or go wrong. Tide is very convenient if you track level II and HRZG plus the bashed threads and companies to effect sells in any manner he can. This guy could be linked to boxing ... let record speak for itself. If this is true Tide got problems if the SEC does whjat I have done and tracked HRZG's boxing and wlak downs to Tide and WetWerks posts. But this may be pure whatever but the posting and the boxing should speak for itself. Chuck attempted to manipulate stock out of companies for claim renewals and they quit talking to him so he turned and started distorting information to get even PLUS he was suppose to get paid 20K shares for writing a tout for some promoters and he wont say who his promised shares were from and he went tothe companies for this stock PLUS according to SEC rules of disclosure Chuck should have posted when he was positive on the stock that he was in negotiations for stock compensation. You do not want me to post the SEC rules to this scenario ... Tim I am working on .... Don't take the fun out of this ... I have not had this much fun in a long time. I am waiting for the libel that the HGP does not work which Chuck and Tim have touch on .... PLUS they are PMing to recruit others for the purpose of establishing an organized plan to bash this company not to mention other companies past and present on innuendoes, distortion of the facts with POS/PAS and you should know what this means. I hate post the SEC rules on this one!!!! Somtimes it takes a while but the truth will come out. Eventually the truth does some how make it to the surface despite distraction and distortion in their personal attacks. Rule 10b-5 -- Employment of Manipulative and Deceptive Devices ---------------------------------------------------- It shall be unlawful for any person, directly or ndirectly, by the use of any means or instrumentality of interstate commerce, or of the mails or of any facility of any national securities exchange, To employ any device, scheme, or artifice to defraud, To make any untrue statement of a material fact or to omit to state a material fact necessary in order to make the statements made, in the light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading, or To engage in any act, practice, or course of business which operates or would operate as a fraud or deceit upon any person, in connection with the purchase or sale of any security. So please just let them post and all we have to do is verify and prove the intentional distortion for the purpose to get sells. The recruiting of others with no interest to support the bash. There is more to stock manipulation that hype or the pump as they call it. What about lies, distortion and convenient twisting of information. No one is hyping or cheerleading just posting information we find out that we have verified. Even Stock Detective tells you to write down the reasons ... I have questioned the fall. I am waiting for the demonstration on the HGP process. Other than that there is nothing except the boxing and strange trading this one is doing. Heck the bashers are the one that brought the DD which we verified. So let them post. :-) GB
