Michelle Harris, I agree that teenagers bringing guns to school is a very disturbing thought. And I'm sure that a lot of people have very strong feelings on the correct way to deal with this situation.

Michelle Harris, I realize that I don't know very much about you and your history with other people who use these forums. But I have noticed that you have been the brunt of wrath quite a bit. Please understand that I'm only trying to be helpful. Maybe people would take you a little more seriously if you presented your opinions without resorting to the gender factor. I can understand that you have very strong feelings about the things you believe in, and it can be very frustrating when you feel that you are being ganged up on. But it may be worthwhile to consider a different approach. If I am wrong in my assumptions, I apologize. It just seems that you are the whipping post in many of these discussions. I'm only trying to be helpful. C Kahn
