Hey who knows maybe one day in the filings we could see the following:

Drop in shareholder equity was largely due to organized stock bashers which targeted the (Company) and utilizing Internet chat rooms the organized basher posted information to intentionally defame and libel (Company), their principals and stockholders.

Some of the tactics used were:
- Dragging other professional bashers over from other chat boards to occupy Internet message boards for the sole purpose to conspire to effect the stock price
- Defamation and conspiracy to commit defamation
- Libel and conspiracy to commit libel
- Intentional infliction of emotional distress and
conspiracy to commit emotional distress
- Tortuous interference with contract and conspiracy
to tortuously interfere with contract
- Illegally shorting of non-marginable securities and
conspiracy to commit illegal shorting of non-securities.
- Tortuous interference with prospective economic advantage
and conspiracy to tortuously interfere with prospective
economic advantage
- Negligent interference with prospective economic advantage

The (Company) feels that a lawsuit seeking relief from their course of conduct being carried out over the Internet seeking to malign, harass, cyberstalk, defame, injure and annoy would not be cost effective since it is doubtful the organized bashers themselves shorted the stock but are a front themselves. This could be any number of possibilities that would only deplete needed capital from the company trying to disclose this organized manipulation. The (Company) has however, filed a complaint with the SEC for violations of rule 10a1 & 10b5, and seeks assistance in stopping this intentional and malious stock manipulation, and defaming utilizing lies, insinuations, and innuendoes about The (Company's) products, officers, directors and stockholders.

Hey you never know. The internet one day could be a solid reason for why a security does not do well.

Hey wouldn't it be a hoot is see something like this for violations of rules of fair practice, misleading advertisements & statements, improper and unwarranted forecasts and recommendations ....

At issue are statements and posts to public Internet chat rooms (Nmaes of the organized bashers)made in recommending the short sale and or sale of a security. The SEC found these organized bashers violated rule 10b5 by:

(1) failing to provide a sound basis for evaluating the facts underlying their public postings and sale recommendation, ;
(2) referring improperly to the results of previous specific
recommendations without disclosing certain information
(3) making exaggerated and unwarranted claims and using unwarranted superlatives;
(4) making improper comparisons by referring to previous specific recommendations and implying comparable future results for their current recommendation; and
(5) making specific predictions and projections concerning future investment results.

LOL ... would that be a hoot!
