Hardline,
Y2K - When you say "look for Tech to be strong the last 4 months of the year", do you mean the stock price or the revenues? I am looking for Q4 revenues to be down due to the Y2K lockdowns that will commence on October 1. These lockdowns are federally mandated for a number of major industries as well as government entities. There will also be voluntary lockdowns in other sectors. Based on this, I don't foresee real strength in tech revenues until Q1 and I do expect Q1 to be huge due to pent up demand. I expect the market to be weak through December and plan on being a buyer of stocks starting in mid-December.
