>>There is something so pathetic about a cathedral window with a suburban view. << DMA, No joke....We have a few areas in St. Louis County, between the city and the burbs called Clayton , Ladue & Frontenac that have gorgeous 3 & 5 acre wooded lots with older "mansions" and there is quite a few developers that try to get the larger homes and lots, level the home and put up 10 "luxury" homes on the site. But there are also wealthy buyers paying +1M for the houses with the acreage and then tear down the 50's era homes and build beautiful homes with every amenity...pools, tennis courts, etc... Like they say...location, location, location. bp
