Yes, I think I stated it poorly. I did not mean to imply that only manufacturing processes were covered. You are right to include all departments in the facility. When Ancor opens another facility in Singapore or Ireland it will receive its own certification.

Some people are of the impression that ISO 9000 certification means higher performance, for instance that a stereo system composed of components from ISO 9000 certified manufacturers would sound better than a system without certified manufacturers; this is not necessarily true. This is a facility certification and not a state fair blue ribbon for a great tasting switch. I think we have pummeled this subject enough and should return to enjoying an up day in spite of a down market day.
