It does look like bearish flags are developing per the 5 min charts. Maybe another test of negative 1000 tick again later today.

Lee,

I saw that you mentioned something about a H&S. Is that of the DOW you are refering to?

This is that I see. IF the DOW is forming a H&S why is the right shoulder higher then the head? Also do you see perhaps some kind of triple top? And is there some kind of pattern that has an upward slanting channel with a break on the downside?
