The volume has been light the past few days and the sells are small trades. We are headed into a long weekend. I intend to continue to accumulate. :-)

A couple of questions. With Mr. Pappajohn accumulating stock , is all his holdings common stock and who holds this preferred stock. If the company decided to liquidate is it up to majority shareholder's to radify, and if so who are major preferred shareholders. Does only the preferred shareholders vote on liquadation?
