NW, I am not really sure. All of a sudden everything hit bottom about an hour and half ago and suddenly reversed. There has been no news that I am aware that fueled it. Maybe end of the month settling and/or buy programs kicked in, but it appears to be fairly broad-based and, I think, with some increase in volume. Could be a good sign...........unless Mr. G decides to bless us with some knowledge. Uh oh, DOW looks to be going back down--obviously end-of-month-and-no-one-can-figure-out-what-to-do syndrome. f
