Dear El: Well, we may be laughing on the outside but as shareholders we are crying on the inside. Just INCREDIBLE how a little bit of BAD MANAGEMENT can bring down a previous leader in its class so quickly. If Michael Dell had been given the assets cpq owns over the past 5 years I think he would OWN the World by now. haha. JDN
