What you have now is doubt - Doubt about more sales problems, doubt about the coming year, doubt about ATY market share vs. Nvidia's etc. I would say there could be some more short-term pain, or at least not a quick bounce back. I would expect the shorts to stay short ATY for the time being. You generally don't short a stock unless you expect a bigger move to the downside than what's already happened today.
