I think they are in the middle of a lawsuit due to the fact they are incompetent businessmen. Which also explains the non-existent media blitz, late proxies, a meeting scheduled so that only a few shareholders can attend it, etc... Are you sure you have a proxy, or did someone just tell you what it looked like, similar to your "description" of JNNE offices although you never went there?
