PZN declared expected quarterly div of .60 (shares are just over 13). Do you think that if they keep paying the div, at some point concerns about management will evaporate?

Looks like the last day of the month REIT move WAS just window dressing. HRP, HPT etc right back down today. Pretty dirty to see that being done month after month, but I will take a rise for any reason right now. How does the REIT Index look to you, pretty sick?
