Teflon, i don't think it will get to appeals in the first place if such stories keep surfacing. I would expect a settlement instead.

Heck, i am just waiting for a settlement announcement. I can't imagine it going on into the launch of Windows2000 late this year.
That is why i am so reluctant to sell MSFT even on a short term basis.

This is an excellent proof that the competition is fierce and Microsoft did not have a monopoly. JohnD, just be careful not to lose your pant by shortting Microsoft. However, I know it won't work either, because I do not want my files to be exposed to the net, and
I want to use the same software which 90% of the people is using, so if everyone has the same thinking, who is to take the lead to switch ? No one. What if I have Star office only , can I open up a file in the word or Excel format ?
