I don't buy the "patients running the asylum" excuse....She herself said the she takes full responsibility for Waco, so depending on the outcome of the real investigation to come, we'll see if her words were hollow. IMO, she was either fiddling while Waco burned, or worse.....translation....either incompetence or complicity. bp
