Cathi, I see the 3' as the first target, not necessarily the bottom. I do not know how far the bottom is. The bottom will be set, IMHO, once VLNC shows for sure (no more crying wolf) that they are shipping product to OEM or end users of their batteries. The longer it takes them to reach that point the lower the stock will go. They are not out of danger of an outright bankruptcy situation. I am saying "danger", since I have no idea how often "deep pockets" Berg and Shugart are going to go to bat for them. In principle, most businessmen set a limit of how much good money they'll throw after "bad money". I have no inside information stating that VLNC is within months or years of production. In the latter cases, things can become quite "perilous".
