Fez _________________ Wednesday September 1, 2:36 pm Eastern Time Xoom.com, Snap.com to carry pogo.com web games NEW YORK, Sept 1 (Reuters) - Snap.com and Xoom.com Inc.(Nasdaq:XMCM - news), the Internet gateway and direct marketing sites due to be combined under NBC Interactive, have agreed to carry free online games supplied by pogo.com, the companies announced Wednesday. Snap and Xoom subscribers will have access to all of pogo.com's interactive games, which include traditional card and board games and arcade games. ``We supply the back-end servers, the front-end interfaces, the online documentation and the sales force for the advertising,' a Pogo spokesman said. ``The ad revenues are split with our partners on a site-by-site basis.' Pogo.com, formerly the Total Entertainment Network, has similar agreements with ExciteAtHome Corp. (Nasdaq:ATHM - news), Alta Vista, CNET Inc. (Nasdaq:CNET - news), Infoseek Corp. (Nasdaq:SEEK - news) and Walt Disney Co.'s (NYSE:DIS - news) GO Network, Netscape and Sony Corp. ``Xoom.com and Snap.com represent two great additions to our lineup of distribution partners and we expect to see our usage, reach and overall traffic continue to rise quickly and significantly by virtue of these new partnerships,' Erick Hachenburg, president and chief executive officer of pogo.com, said in a statement. Pogo.com has 3.5 million members, the spokesman said. Snap said in the statement that pogo.com's games will help keep users at their web site longer. Snap.com is jointly held by General Electric Co.'s (NYSE:GE - news) and CNET Inc. (Nasdaq:CNET - news)

john, Dell sales insists that all i need to do is add a graphics card to my newly built system for $150 to get another monitor to work. That I dont need to buy that $600 (jerinimo) card. This card has to be bot thru gigabuys and i have to install it myself. where as if i had bot the $600 video card from dell then dell would have been resposible to give me a working dual display. i will have win98 2nd edition w. my new computer. i forgot to ask dell for an additional slot. i think i can still do this. it's probably being put to getther right now. I am giving my instpiron notebook to my husband/kids. i have out grown it.
