Gerald, That is music to my ears---the MSFT selling its puts.
I thought these were not done on the open market but it is obvious that from the complete street.com story that it is Microsoft that is selling the puts.

All i can say is------In a little while it might be too late to buy MSFT---better do it fast!!!

MSFT sells it puts in a private placement rather than the open market. At least, that's the information I clearly remember posted on this board about 6 months ago.

If that information is correct, it is someone else trading those puts.

Hi guys.

Could someone explain to me what happens when so many PUTS are sold...

Does that mean that MSFT is expecting never to go back to those prices, and for MSFT, it's "easy money" ?

If it means that MSFT thinks they will easily beat expectations and boom out from there ...

Thanks in advance to all people who reply

take care
Jean
