I wonder if T would consider divesting itself of Time Warner Entertainment and where that would put the percentage. T appears to not want to be a media company and that may bring them to within the proposed limit.

I don't pretend to know the dynamics here. It's a Malonian conundrum. Someone else on the thread may be better able to navigate.
