Do you have any source that says it is a 0.25 micron process?

Do you know what Leff_n is for the current .18 process? It's pretty unbelievable.

I mean, I really didn't believe it when I saw the number. But I am assured by those who are smarter than me that the number is real, and the calculation (based on measurement of C ) should be pretty close to how everyone else is doing it.
