Yep, still further proof that there is a broadening of the wireless revolution, that has nothing to do with CDMA and PCS/cellular. Make matters worse there Dave, Rooftop has been involved in DARPA experiments with battlefield communications in a mobile environment (you don't suppose that Armies do things like rapid movements and advances, do you? <hands to face in puzzled look>). Useless government waste of taxpayers money that will ultimately yield nothing of legitimate importances. It's in the unlicensed band of 2.4 GHz and we are told that it won't work in a cellularized fashion or a competitor to 3G CDMA; rah-rah!! I guess Nokia will stand pat and use it like all the naysayers suggest, yuck yuck.. Happy 30th Birthday Internet. Gee that makes $ill only 14 doesn't?
