Restricted means they can't be sold for a while.

The only way to lock in gains immediately is to short the stock against your restricted holdings. It is possible they signed an agreement not to do this, but ulikely given the state of TMSR.

It means he believes the stock will go above 20+. It means that the investor is restricted from doing things that would hurt the LONGS. It means that he is committed to buying shares at 18+ even though the stock closed lower this week. It means that he has to hold the stock for the long haul and expects to make money on his investment at 18. It means that he knows something the SHORTS DON"T KNOW--the stock is a good long term play. It means he is willing to hold his shares while the Shorts get squezzed when the price goes over 20 again. If I was a short- I would try to cover now because if you GO LONG then look out when more investors like 18+and are BUYING LONG and looking for a 25+. Have you ever wondered if all you shorts started panicking trying to cover and us longs just sat and watched?.--The future is bright for Intel and Thrustmaster-before LONG everyone will get a chance to Talknplay at the benefit of Thrustmaster.
