From today's WSJ

Rambus tumbled 7 3/16, or 7.6%, to 88 1/16
on what analysts said were unfounded
concerns that Intel's support of the PC133 memory technology meant it
was backing away from supporting Rambus's chips.

Unclewest,

Well, I take a short vacation, and the stock price goes squirrely. Reviewing basically all posts, and the media reports on IDF, I have found only one thing that's news: the banding together of the dram manufacturers etc. to work on rambus costs! Have I missed something? This PC 133
sideshow seems to have been handled properly and clearly by Intel and totally botched by some "analysts". The rambus story not only looks intact, it seems more solid than it was last week! Would like to add here but well is temporarily dry.

Enjoy the fishing,

jack
