I identify with the frustration. OTH, it may be my guardian angel telling me to get busy with other things in my life, and get away from in front of this screen. I don't short, so what am I doing following a down market!

But, be sure and delete those temp file before you bring up QCharts next time. If support has fixed anything, you may not see it unless you delete the temp files.

It doesn't make any sense to me that QCharts doesn't get rid of that temp info when it starts up. 'Sound like bad program design. Anyone know why it doesn't, or cann't?

FWIW, Qcharts has been having rather serious problems of one kind or another for some time. Depends on the nature of what you do as to how severly each individual has been impacted. I'm sure this is some kind of coincidence, but seems it started about the time they announced their 5000 user. There are much better systems out there, but they may or may not be web based, and may or may not cost considerably more. I suppose the question each individual has to ask is how much has Qcharts cost them over the last few months.

They know they have a problem. I for one, think they want to fix it once and for all as soon as possible. Qcharts is the best RT data system, I have seen.

All the posts, where people take their frustrations out on the company, won't get it fixed any faster. It says more about the poster than the company or program. Someone asked how much money has Qcharts lost you. Not a Dime! I consider it one of the best tools I have to make money. But from some of the posts here, if they couldn't trade today, it saved them from losing their money.

There is always a market, there is always a trade.
