Compare the following statements: "Men kill" "Most killings are committed by men" The former paints an entire group, some of whom don't kill. The latter states a commonly known fact. Now I know you know that. But couldn't some use a refresher (or beginning) course in comprehension? The latter sure does get some folks all het up, though.
