Yes there is. Some has more garlic, the textures are different, some are more summer sausage. Pork is also mixed in as venison has no fat so the ratio varies between makers.

I had some made at a small river town. The first night I ate 2 1/2 pounds of it. That was good.

Neocon, I recently heard that Cleveland has passed a law to ban the use of cell-phones while driving unless in an emergency. Cleveland was also the first place that passed seat-belt laws.

Do you think the trend is likely to continue? And should it?
