Mr. David Stone reports
Kensington Resources has received the resignation of Arthur L. De Carle as
a director of the company, effective Aug. 27, 1999, due to other
commitments. Mr. De Carle has over seven years experience overseeing
diamond exploration programs in the Fort a la Come area of Saskatchewan. He
will remain actively involved in the Fort a la Come diamond project as a
member of the company's technical advisory committee whose other members
are G. Clive Newall and Dr. Peter Nixon, professor emeritus of Leeds
University who is a well-known international authority on diamond
exploration. The company wishes to thank Mr. De Carle for his contributions
to the company and service as a director.
