The last of Peter Gummer's merry band is gone? Whoops, he has only half left to join the mythical advisory committee that burns the midnight oil behind the scenes! I wonder what they do? Perhaps using their international connections to raise financing, money for open pits, wining and dining the local first nations into slumber. Their Machivelian ways are legendary both here and abroad. I get shivers thinking about it!

and Tom, there is next to no short selling on KRT because the volume is no good, short selling is actually a healthy sign that something is going on. There was insider selling last month from the departing director and the remaining crew are really not mining people.

Hi Richard and Fellow Marathoners!

Re: Future Appointment???

Assuming that a new director is on the horizon, my hope is that the board is being stepped-up!

FALCON095

P.S. Personally, I believe we should all appreciate Art's efforts in helping to steer us through THE FALC LABYRINTH. It's nice to see him added to our stellar TAC!!!

Hi Richard and Mike:

I talked to my broker friend about the process needed to obtain information regarding share ownership!!

Tom told me that he had often gone to the transfer agent and was allowed to view the public list. He was not allowed to make a copy. Tom was able formulate the desired information regarding his investment and the company's intentions!!

Would it not be a good idea to see KRT's list regarding big block ownership??

The transfer agent Is Montreal Trust. If one you work in that area of activity would you consider this pursuit??

This is the most critical time in our company's history to analysis all the relating factors coming up to our run!!

I hope you give this idea some thought!! I do believe it will give our thread a slight investment edge!!

Food for thought and thanks!!!!
