The problem to me is their Data vendor - S&P Comstock. It has nothing to do with bandwidth or customer growth. Other programs using comstock have had problems. But I can give Comstock time too. I am sure they have tons of programmers and etc. From my viewpoint if Mike is it, with someone of his talent, you don't need more.

WryBoy, the problem is not the software, it's the data. Software is an absolute work of art IMO and I hold the highest respect for Qcharts programmers.

Others can blame other sources all they like, but I pay Qcharts. They don't even care enough to flag users of bad data again...they let everyone figure it out for themselves despite a couple very effective vehicles to reach their users. Also, as an ex-applications engineer and software developer the discrepancies between servers bothers me no end.
