Yes, you and I cannot get weapons that outmatch those possessed by the armed forces. Neither could the people of the United Soviet Socialist Republic, but they toppled the communistic regime despite that, without retaliating through warfare. My whole point is, a people determined not to be ruled cannot be ruled. I honestly don't believe we would actually let it go that far. Maybe I'm wrong, and if so, I will be one of the first to openly refuse to be ruled. I just don't see that happening. This isn't the first bad administration in the history of the U.S. (although I won't rule out that it may be the worst). Still, I think our liberty will continue to survive long after the Koresh incident is just an obscure case in the history books.
