Looks like a one time financing deal. HSDC is prohibited from putting more than $5 million in any one investment. HSDC also prohibits the following: providing grants; assuming voting control of an organization in which it invests; exceeding $5 million in investments in one enterprise; investing more than 5 percent ($300,000) in direct investments (up to 25 percent of its capital asset base with a two-thirds vote of the Board of Directors); investing in an entity in which a Board of Directors has any financial interest. htdc.org Paul
