One thing I have never been is an investor. I was able to use Qcharts today, My Advanced GET charts were feed by it. I also have a DTN sat feed for a backup. The bad net%s was the only thing that bugged me a little.

While I trade full time, I don't have the need to do it every minute all the time. If I have equipment problems and backups fail, I can just shrug and go outside in the sunlight. The opportunity to make money is just as good one day as the next.

I know threats to leave or posting notes of complaints won't do anything. It won't build fires. After meeting Gibbons personally and talking to him at length, I have no doubt they are taking every action they can to fix it. Wouldn't you? Would you do it faster because someone rants and raves?

Someone accused me of being like the people that go to the SI stock topics. He must have known how I feel about them. No, I am not cheerleading Qcharts. Just trying to put things in perspective. I don't think anyone is happy with bad data, users or Qcharts. I don't expect it to last any longer than it has to.

BTW: Did everyone get the e-mail about the problem, today from qcharts? If not they asked people to contact them.
