plenty of 860s in westchester ny...at Bell Atlantic Mobile -bought three in 10 minutes.. also, walter mossberg, who is widely read and quite astute, pointed out that of the three phones covered, two were QCOM - PDQ and 860 - he realized that PDQ is where it's at -

I'm kind of surprised that QCOM failed to make a contract announcement with Telstra on the handsets. Any word on how handset production is ramping for Qualcomm do Brazil? I haven't heard a peep from them in a long time. I won't even bother inquiring about the timing for QCOM to open a handset facility in Mexico.
