I gave up trying to count...I had something
like all flavors totals up to ~30M. LaMarche
seemed okay with that number when I ran it by him.

Don't know why he was so annoyed with me, as
I pointed out somewhere on the thread, it's
not me selling shares.

I suspect that somewhere, on either this thread
or over on Yahoo, one of my many posts had some
truth in it. Now if I only knew what message
pushed his button. Have to give them credit,
completely tight lipped--but it may be that
I am simply not clever enough to know what
questions to ask--I voiced my displeasure over
the converts, but I should have been trying
to snag some hints about what is going on in
the lab right now. Still waiting for a mid-year
report. Suspect it is delayed because everybody
is tied up negotiating with potential ARGENT
partners...sure hope that is it.

Once a week I check the BBRS database for updates,
ARIA still rated a buy. If that gets knocked down,
I am so screwed. With an ARGENT parner, I would
guess Bancboston will take it up to strong buy,
now that would be nice.

DAK, my understanding is that there a 5,000 toxics out there and that they have not yet been converted. There were some stipulations regarding the second tranch which I believe ARIA has not yet been able to meet. It's kinda scarry to think that this company isn't even able to meet the stipulations of a floorless convertible. I'd appreciate corrections if my interpretation is incorrect.

In regard to dillution, until these toxics are converted we will not see there dillutive effects. At current levels the toxics could convert into about 7MM shares. If the stock goes lower, say to 1/2, then that number goes up to nearly 12MM shares.

Best regards
