Looking beyond tomorrow, Fleck zeroed in on the"new kid syndrome"...

You can be sure that the markets are going to take on Larry Summers. It was one thing when Bob Rubin was there, but now Summers will have to prove himself all over again. The "inside baseball" talk is that he's not so popular, so it might be more trouble than usual getting everything to work in the G-7 rig job department.
