Or, if you don't own any shares, sell UNCOVERED CALLS at a strike price of around 22 1/2 to $27 1/2 - but be prepared for a possible (but highly UNLIKELY) POSITIVE surprise. Re: "I'm very concerned about the general market levels and fear that a bear market is looming" I can see a big sell off - and a minor panic - but the economy is doing great, everything but houses and stocks are getting cheaper - so I don't see any bear market of any significant duration. Some people just can't stand prosperity ! Paul
