Mohan: Sonia to lose Bellary - a first for congress. timesofindia.com An opinion poll (the last allowed before voting)in Bellary shows Sushma Swaraj trumping Sonia with 61% of the votes. Uncertainity is the reason why Sonia is a candidate in two constituencies. This law permitting one candidate standing in 2 constituencies should be abolished. JPR
