<<does anyone have any other ideas for him and his 20 billion?>>

I think it's time he branched out into buying entire nations, perhaps. Russia is for sale, cheap. A hostile takeover of Canada is not out of the question either. Knowing Canadians, they would not put up much resistance and just think of the silver! To be sure, both acquisitions would dilute earnings for a few hundred quarters, but it's important to think about the long term.

I'm told Buffet will not usually make inquiries about buying a company unless it is actively FOR SALE. Just his way of operating, also puts him in the power position for negotiating.
If you have a great idea for an acquisition, call up their executive offices. I predict that the first thing his office asks you is "Is the company for sale?" If you don't know the right answer, I predict your conversation will be a short one.

Eugene:

Don't let that debt to equity ratio fool you as it inflates ROE. Buffett looks at the non-leveraged ROE. FUN has a large debt to equity ratio which is not Buffett's style.
