False Larry, I never mentioned the issues of POs until after we returned from the shareholders meeting in Feb. Further, I only spoke in terms of what Valence *publicly* said they were doing regarding 'shipping in earnest' in January. Then I reported in Feb that Lev said he would be ready to accept a PO if he got one. You've got me confused with someone else, in your eagerness to paint me as a 'tout.'

The fact is that I've never stated anything except what the company told us. Never claimed any inside sources or any such thing. On those few occasions when I gave a timeline estimate, it was based on what we knew from the company regarding what was possible.

Now we've eliminated the unknowns regarding their production capability. We know from their SEC filings even, that their 'commercial' products are ready for sale, and in fact have been sold to Alliant (the independent entity, not the JV partner) and sold to OEMs for testing, and are out in beta test in the field right now.

We also know that they can produce from their assembly machines at exactly the rate they quoted us at the shareholders meeting and which I posted then, and that lines 1+2 combined will yield the revenue rate Lev stated during the call. He will attain that rate when they expand the back-end bottlenecks, but we know from equipment already inhouse that they can do at least 1/3 of that rate right now.

So it's even more true that 'POs could come at any time.' At this point, it's also far more likely, as well.

Death Spiral Hoax continues to collapse

You are trying hard to draw attention away from the collapse of the Death Spiral hoax... stock seems firm here, with lots of support on the bid and below the bid... same old shorters at the ask, except one shorter has already disappeared. (Sign of things to come?) Suspect he is already trying to sneak in and suck up some shares when he can.

In these kinds of "pissing matches" its best to side with the big bucks, and the big bucks are on Valence's side. CC and the sellers coalition can't stand up to Berg, Roberts, and Shugart. Thank God, we have such a strong Board of Directors... I wouldn't be in the stock if we didn't have such strength on the board.

I will be buying before the close today, if the price is close to current levels... Then I plan to buy more each day through next Friday, as long as the stock stays at these levels. By then this Death Spiral Hoax will be clearly dead, even to its most ardent supporters.

I think I can make 30-40% on this "new money" trade by the end of September. And if we get a PO announcement in October, could make 400%.
