Just remember the numbers used to calculate "fair value" change depending on eps estimate changes and outlook of analysts. Sometimes they are flat out too low and sometimes they are too high.

If you look at AHAA and do the same calculation, you see the company is wildly overpriced, yet if you look at the actual numbers it is turning in, you would think it is fairly valued. Fair Value the way I calculate it is just a first cut at the numbers.

BTW, I wouldn't put too much stock in this upgrade. I think this is the same guy who downgraded it at $10 and drove it to below $8 in June. I think you will get a chance to add to your position in the $16-$18 level over the next month.
