John, Objections need to be sent to each of the addressees. Sure, it's a tedious task but the
more letters of objection received by the court (especially those with considerable
substance/merit), the better the opportunity of the court's rejection of LG's plan.

Bob, I agree that more the number of objections, the better it is.
But if all of them have the same info (that which is in your
site or parts of it) then it may not help much. It might only
irritate them to read identical info multiple times.
Another suggestion: While I agree that some Korean business practices
may not be ethical (as with LG and other choebels) it is better
to keep those references to a minimum in the objections. Otherwise
we risk being labeled racist and xenophobic. With a sound case
that we have, why should we take that risk?

Kalyan

ps: I would appreciate any contact info on the firm that is
filing the anti-trust suit.

I have a follow up question on these objections to be
filed with the 8 individuals. Does the signature have to be
notarized? I would think that is the usual case with legal
documents, but no one has mentioned this.
