keith---the cocktail pro comes on the portable cart, or built for permanent installation. i went for permanent. only problem so far with lynx, is that they along with all other high end manufacturers got caught with their coals down. ordered my stuff in may. after yelling and screeming and threatning all parties concerned ( called lynx direct but their president wouldn't take or return my calls) finally got grill and cocktail pro in late june. contractor installed all backwards, so when the doors finally came in last month, i had him re-install and he just finished yesterday, although he has to come back tuesday for some touch up.

ease of it all is great and since we get a chance to bbq 13 months a year out here, it just seemed to make sense. probably ribs and chicken for tuesday, but tomorrow when i go shopping, their may be something else that catches my eye. just came in from the pool and the water temp is at 88, so bring your trunks. we figure to stoke up the grill 'bout 4, so that should give you enuf time to catch the red eye back.

regards,,
